Every Tuesday night at 5:30 pm, I am teaching a cardio Charleston class called Bootleg. Located at the brand new dance studio Uptown, Nola Spaces. Bootleg is a dance fitness program based on 1920s Charlestons to 1940s variations. Easy to follow and fun, you will learn vernacular jazz steps while getting a real workout. Think of this class as a Zumba class with Charlestons and Vernacular Jazz instead of Latin movement. Please bring your workout gear and be ready to sweat!
